Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality industry
  • Current alcohol service and food safety certifications that meet state requirements
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage purchasing and cost controls effectively

Job Duties

  • Direct back-of-house hourly associates
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen
  • Implement purchasing and cost controls
  • Follow up with corrective action as needed
  • Ensure food is made from scratch to specification
  • Perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
