Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of high-volume, full-service kitchen management experience
  • Positive, reliable, and highly motivated leadership style
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Culinary degree or formal training preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Committed to delivering outstanding food quality and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Create weekly cook and dough schedules based on business needs
  • Follow and enforce Sicilian Butcher recipe standards with exactness
  • Lead and mentor cooks and BOH staff on technique, timing, and presentation
  • Oversee and document all training processes, evaluations, and team development
  • Maintain food safety, temperature logs, and quality control standards
  • Coordinate kitchen organization and cleanliness with safety protocols in mind
  • Manage all BOH inventory, ordering, and receiving of product
  • Monitor food cost and waste through strong operational discipline
  • Serve as the kitchen leader when the General Manager is off-site
  • Communicate cross-functionally with FOH managers to ensure smooth operations
