Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience
- current ServSafe certification
- ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume retail or entertainment settings
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- ability to lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience
- bachelor's or culinary degree preferred
- experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant environments
- experience preparing banquet-style events
- current ServSafe certification
- ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- high level of profit and loss management capability
- ability to lead and develop teams effectively
- organizational skills for managing fast-paced, dynamic environments
Job Duties
- adhere to the company's mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- work with operations and sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute events, including food and beverage preparation, service, and cleanup
- estimate food consumption and make appropriate purchases from specified food programs
- schedule staff efficiently according to business volume shifts
- recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff in collaboration with center management
- ensure product quality, freshness, presentation, and compliance with company standards
- supervise food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
- manage kitchen equipment maintenance
- conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with Department of Health regulations
- lead the kitchen team and support the center's general manager on all food-related matters
