High school diploma or equivalent
Prior leadership experience
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to manage food cost and waste
Experience with inventory and catering management
Ability to work full-time
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Casual dining restaurant experience
Proven track record in leadership
Experience in facilities management
ServSafe certification (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment

Job Duties

Manage food cost and waste effectively
