Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • ability to handle safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • experience with safety and security systems
  • computer literacy

Job Duties

  • oversee execution and performance of heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision to heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling
  • manage food preparation processes
  • control labor costs and maintain inventory accuracy
  • train and develop team members
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
