Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably two years of management experience in a restaurant, bar, or kitchen setting
- Knowledge of labor laws and health codes
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferably
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
- Demonstrated passion for training and developing team members
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House operations
- Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
- Train and develop kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance
- Manage inventory and labor costs effectively
- Maintain safety and security standards within the kitchen area
- Monitor food quality to ensure consistent guest satisfaction
