Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably two years of management experience in a restaurant, bar, or kitchen setting
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferably
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • Demonstrated passion for training and developing team members
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance
  • Manage inventory and labor costs effectively
  • Maintain safety and security standards within the kitchen area
  • Monitor food quality to ensure consistent guest satisfaction
