Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of management experience in a restaurant, bar, or kitchen setting
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety, and security procedures
  • strong passion for training and team development

Job Duties

  • Oversee execution and performance of Heart-of-House operations
  • k provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • manage food preparation and quality control
  • train and develop HOH staff
  • maintain sanitation and safety standards
  • coordinate with Front-of-House management for seamless service
