Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for training and developing teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee execution and performance of Heart-of-House kitchen operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • Manage responsible alcohol service and safety and security procedures
  • Train and develop team members continuously
  • Maintain operational standards and quality control
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
