Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for training and developing teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Oversee execution and performance of Heart-of-House kitchen operations
- Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage responsible alcohol service and safety and security procedures
- Train and develop team members continuously
- Maintain operational standards and quality control
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
