Job Requirements
- Must have two or more years experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
- knowledge of principles and processes of needs assessments and quality and safety standards
- knowledge of management involved in planning, resource allocation, staffing technique, production method and coordination of people and resources
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong communication and organizational skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
