Job Requirements

  • Must have two or more years experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
  • knowledge of principles and processes of needs assessments and quality and safety standards
  • knowledge of management involved in planning, resource allocation, staffing technique, production method and coordination of people and resources
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Minimum two years experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
  • knowledge of quality and safety standards for customer and personnel
