Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
  • ensure safe food handling and sanitation procedures
  • manage responsible alcohol service
  • support training and development of team members
  • monitor safety and security systems and procedures
