Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age

  • able to work in a fast paced environment

  • maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to carry products or boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
  • able to operate register
  • able to handle product preparation
  • able to listen to and communicate with guests
  • able to kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
  • able to perform stocking and inventory tasks
  • able to lift doors to store and storage areas
  • able to reach for prepared product and serve guests
  • able to see during all activities
  • able to stand while serving and training
  • able to stoop to pick up supplies and trash
  • able to communicate with team members and guests
  • able to handle raw or uncooked products
  • able to frequently wash hands to maintain food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or restaurant management beneficial
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • customer service oriented
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

  • Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
  • take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
  • assist the management team in creating a great workplace and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • show passion for food by maintaining product knowledge
  • demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • check food quality and temperatures throughout the day to ensure freshness and safety
  • monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations
  • ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean
  • prepare food for guests
  • resolve guest recovery issues
