Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager or successful assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license
- knowledge of food and beverage laws and health regulations
- strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- proven ability to manage inventory, food safety, and BOH labor schedules
- proficiency in POS and restaurant systems such as Aloha, Microsoft Office, Compeat
- detail-oriented with strong time management and cost control awareness
- ability to train and develop a high-performing BOH team
- committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful workplace
- able to stand for prolonged periods, move quickly, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- frequent exposure to hot and cold environments
- frequent handwashing and repetitive motions
- ability to read, write, and operate computer and phone systems
- must be available for 50-55 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- oversee BOH hiring, terminations, and payroll-related changes
- assist with employee discipline and development
- implement new menus, recipes, and promotions

Job Duties
- Manage back-of-house operations with a focus on food quality and cleanliness
- lead and develop kitchen staff through training and coaching
- oversee scheduling for BOH labor and shifts
- order food and supplies and control inventory
- manage food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations
- monitor and control cost of goods to meet profitability goals
- implement new menus, recipes, and promotions
- assist with employee discipline, development, and payroll-related changes
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- utilize POS and restaurant systems to lead shifts successfully
