Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Understanding of health codes and safe food handling practices
- Familiarity with responsible alcohol service
- Experience with safety and security systems and procedures
- Ability to operate computer systems
- Strong leadership and team development skills

- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Passion for training and developing team members
Job Duties
- Oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
- Provide direction and supervision to all HOH team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- Manage kitchen operations to maintain quality and efficiency
- Train and develop HOH team members to enhance skills and performance
- Monitor safety and security systems and procedures in the kitchen
- Maintain accurate records and assist in cost control measures
