Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Understanding of health codes and safe food handling practices
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service
  • Experience with safety and security systems and procedures
  • Ability to operate computer systems
  • Strong leadership and team development skills

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • Provide direction and supervision to all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Manage kitchen operations to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Train and develop HOH team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Monitor safety and security systems and procedures in the kitchen
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in cost control measures
