Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Familiarity with responsible alcohol service and safety systems
- Passion for training and team development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
- Provide supervision and direction to all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety codes, and food handling regulations
- Manage safe food preparation and sanitation standards
- Lead training and development initiatives for Kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory and manage kitchen supplies
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver exceptional guest experiences
