Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant, bar, or kitchen setting
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety regulations
- ability to lead and train a diverse team
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- experience in training and developing team members
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house (hoh)
- provide direction and supervision for all hoh team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
- develop training programs and continuously support team members
- manage kitchen operations to maintain quality and safety
- collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver excellent guest experiences
- monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
