- Associate or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts preferred
- minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage kitchen management required
- proven leadership skills
- excellent interpersonal abilities
- ability to handle high-stress situations
- knowledge of full-service and quick-service environments
- strong organizational and planning skills
- food handlers permit and required brand certifications
