Job Requirements
- Must have two plus years experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
- Knowledge of principles and processes of needs assessments and quality and safety standards of customer and personnel
- Knowledge of management involved in planning, resource allocation, staffing technique, production method and coordination of people and resources

Job Duties
- Lead kitchen teams to consistently exceed guest expectations
- Motivate kitchen staff and maintain high product standards
- Control costs and manage resource allocation effectively
- Recruit, hire, and train kitchen personnel
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Coordinate kitchen production methods and staffing techniques
- Support daily restaurant operations from the Restaurant Support Center
