Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • Knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Passion for leadership and team development
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Experience with responsible alcohol service
  • Familiarity with safety and security procedures
  • Strong leadership and team training skills
  • Competence in computer operations related to the role

Job Duties

  • Manage the Heart-of-House kitchen operations and team
  • Oversee execution and performance of Heart-of-House team members
  • Provide direction, supervision, and coaching to kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with health codes, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Maintain labor standards and manage scheduling
  • Participate in inventory control and ordering
  • Foster team development and training initiatives
