Job Requirements

  • 21 plus years of age
  • 3 plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
  • ability to lead a team
  • proven experience in kitchen management
  • strong business acumen
  • ability to work weekends nights and holidays
  • able to perform in a fast-paced noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Duties

  • Hire train develop and retain a talented group of back-of-house employees
  • create a well-maintained safe secure and sanitary environment for all guests and staff
  • manage food costs track waste and control kitchen labor costs
  • understand manage and practice safe food-handling procedures
  • collaborate with the rest of the management team to drive financial results and optimize profitability
  • lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences
  • oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
