Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- must be 18 years of age
- must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- one or more years of restaurant experience preferred
- ability to multi-task while maintaining composure
- must be able to take direction, give direction, and work well in a team
- must exhibit professionalism, composure and discretion when resolving customer issues
- ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- ability and willingness to wear a headset
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- must be available to work all dayparts and days of the week
- may be required to transfer and travel to other locations
- must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to crew members
- act as cash manager as needed, including setting up cash registers, reconciling cash and verifying safe cash
- organize, oversee and supervise shifts by completing and executing the Daily Operations Plan
- perform walk-throughs to ensure readiness for opening, closing and rush periods
- conduct walk-throughs focusing on taste and accuracy
- utilize flow charts and checklists to ensure efficient operations
- work with management to train, develop and communicate with crew members and Team Trainers
- lead kitchen team to meet quality, production and service standards
- monitor product cooking, labeling, holding and rotation
- assist with shift-specific procedures and maintaining proper crew scheduling
- follow up on Taste and Accuracy issues from customer feedback
- verify inventory and manage food cost controls
- check inventory levels and place food orders
- execute cleaning schedules by assigning and coaching crew members
