Job Qualifications

- five years of kitchen or restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensure the quality and freshness of all kitchen products and services
- maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- confirm pricing accuracy and signage for all products, especially ad items
- ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets appearance standards
- deliver excellent customer service
- order product and create production sheets based on past and projected sales
- complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time
- set a professional and positive example
- communicate openly with Store Director, Director of Kitchen Operations, and support teams
- maintain company safety, sanitation, and productivity standards
- teach, mentor, and educate associates to ensure team success
- provide honest, direct feedback and assess associate performance
- address and resolve associates' concerns or grievances promptly
- write kitchen schedules to ensure coverage and meet labor goals
- conduct quarterly inventory of all department products
