Job Requirements

  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • passion for training and developing team members
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to lead a team effectively

Job Qualifications

  • understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • effective communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house (hoh)
  • provide direction and supervision for all hoh team members
  • maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen
  • ensure compliance with labor laws and food handling regulations
  • manage scheduling and staffing of kitchen team
  • control food costs and inventory
  • train and develop kitchen staff
