Job Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- at least 3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- proficiency in cost of goods sold and labor management
- leadership skills to inspire and retain a back-of-house team
- experience in kitchen management
- strong understanding of food safety protocols
- capability to work long hours including weekends nights and holidays
- ability to perform well in a high-volume fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Hire train develop and retain the best back-of-house team
- maintain a safe secure and sanitary kitchen environment
- manage food costs track waste and control kitchen labor costs
- understand manage and practice safe food-handling procedures
- collaborate with management team to drive financial results and optimize profitability
- lead and motivate kitchen staff through communication and example
- execute new menu rollouts and support guest satisfaction
