Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of back-of-house management experience
  • management experience must be in a full service restaurant or bar
  • experience running operations that are at least 3 million per year
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, POS
  • ensures every guest has the complete Louie experience
  • creates a fun and rewarding atmosphere for all employees
  • dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
