Job Requirements
- Experience as a kitchen manager head chef or related role in a high-volume setting
- strong leadership and team management capabilities
- in-depth knowledge of food safety sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- proficiency in inventory control and cost management
- culinary certification or equivalent training preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth food preparation and service
- maintain high standards for food quality presentation and consistency
- hire train and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
- manage staff schedules to optimize labor efficiency
- monitor inventory control food costs and order supplies to meet budget goals
- enforce food safety and sanitation regulations ensuring proper storage handling and cleanliness
- collaborate with management on menu development and promotions
- ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational
- address and resolve customer concerns related to food quality and service
