Job Requirements

  • 21 plus years of age
  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • Proven experience in kitchen management
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, noisy environments
  • Willingness to handle extended work weeks including up to 50 hours
  • Not afraid to work under high-volume conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proven experience in kitchen management
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, develop, and retain back-of-house employees
  • Create a safe, secure, and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Manage food costs, track waste, and control labor costs
  • Practice and enforce safe food-handling procedures
  • Collaborate with management team to drive financial results and profitability
  • Lead all kitchen stations and inspire team performance
  • Oversee new menu rollouts and guest food experience enhancements
