Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- Minimum of 3 years restaurant or hospitality experience
- Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
- Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- Proven experience in kitchen management
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, noisy environments
- Willingness to handle extended work weeks including up to 50 hours
- Not afraid to work under high-volume conditions
Job Qualifications
