Job Duties

  • Train, coach, and set your team up for success
  • create fair, efficient schedules that keep operations running smoothly
  • oversee food quality, safety, and sanitation because great food starts with great standards
  • jump in when needed whether it's grill duty, expediting, or problem-solving
  • track and control labor, food costs, and waste to maximize profitability
  • ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and FIFO is followed
  • maintain kitchen efficiency and enforce company policies
  • partner with the General Manager to drive success and optimize kitchen operations
