Job Duties
- Develop and maintain an effective internal and external communication system
- Organize and chair kitchen meetings
- Act as liaison to outside guest and agents
- Maintain inventory control
- Maintain cost control
- Oversee recruitment and staffing
- Conduct employee orientations and development trainings
- Develop and maintain an employee assessment system
- Develop and maintain all policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a maintenance control system
- Develop and maintain an effective health and safety system
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and county regulations
- Manage menu development
- Cook on line when needed
- Manage all security issues
- Oversee all purchasing
