Job Duties
- Learn and master each of the 5 kitchen stations
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff, scheduling and performance reviews
- Maintain budgets for kitchen operations while ensuring cost-effective practices
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Implement new menu items and seasonal specials while maintaining consistency in quality
