Job Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations during shifts
- Work hands-on with the back of house team
- Coach and mentor team members
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area
- Handle and store ingredients and food properly
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients and final products
