Job Requirements
- high school degree or GED preferred
- valid food handler’s license
- good command of the English language
- willingness to work nights and weekends
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Job Duties
- loading and unloading of the dishwasher
- clean and sanitize cookware, dishes, utensils, and cooking stations throughout the kitchen
- sweep and mop the lounge and kitchen area as needed
- waste away services following recycling procedures
- maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areas of the lounge and kitchen
- receiving and stocking daily food and liquor orders
- assist the chef with applying the food safety management system consistently
