Job Requirements
- At least one year of culinary experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Certified Food Handler license required
- TABC certification and Tips training preferred
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
- Organized with guest satisfaction focus
- Able to maintain sanitary and safe work environment

- Organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate kitchen appliances safely and efficiently

- TABC certification and Tips Trained highly preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards per check from servers
- Start food items prepared ahead of time ensuring no over preparation
- Date all food containers and rotate stock as per Crescent standards keeping perishables at proper temperatures
- Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up, noting any out-of-stock items
- Assist in keeping buffet stocked and return unused food items to storage properly covered and dated
- Assist in implementing plans to control food cost, waste, loss and usage according to Crescent standards
- Operate, maintain and clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat top grill
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
