Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a cook
- valid food handler's permit
- ability to work day and afternoon shifts from Thursday to Monday
- strong attention to detail
- knowledge of food safety and infection control protocols
- ability to prepare therapeutic diets
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a cook performing the preparation of a full line of menu items including therapeutic diets
- a current food handler's permit
Job Duties
- plan and prepare meals including therapeutic diets
- make approved substitutions to menu items
- monitor food quality and presentation
- adhere to universal precautions and infection control guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet dietary needs
