Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work effectively in a noisy, high-energy environment
  • Capable of understanding and following written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods
  • Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting
  • Proficiency in using hands and arms to operate kitchen equipment and perform fine motor tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station
  • Inform supervisor of any operational issues or unusual circumstances
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely food preparation
  • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately
  • Assist with inventory management including storage and rotation
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and utensils
  • Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service team members
  • Support team members to maintain a positive kitchen environment
  • Foster cooperative relationships with all team members
