Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills
  • Willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior kitchen or food preparation experience beneficial
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for portion control and inventory

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to food safety guidelines
  • Inform supervisors of operational issues and suggest solutions
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately
  • Assist with inventory management including storage and rotation of food
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas including dishwashing
  • Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries accurately
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and service team to ensure smooth service
  • Support team members to maintain a positive kitchen environment
  • Foster cooperative relationships with all team members
