Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to follow one or two-step instructions
  • Completion of HOH training program
  • Attendance at orientation and agreement to all policies
  • Compliance with local and state regulations including required certifications
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or move items up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to maintain good personal hygiene and grooming standards
  • Ability to adhere to uniform requirements and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Understanding of prep recipes and line build procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense and follow simple instructions
  • Completion of HOH training program prior to unsupervised shifts
  • Compliance with local and state regulations including food or alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

  • Follow uniform standards
  • Execute prep and line build recipes accurately
  • Check the quality of all ingredients
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment
  • Adhere to HOH standards, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times
  • Collaborate effectively within the team
  • Utilize tablets or computers for training
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
