Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced setting
  • Availability for various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

  • Use hands and arms for operating equipment and handling food

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station
  • Inform supervisor of any operational issues and suggest solutions
  • Manage time to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately
  • Assist with inventory management, including storage and rotation
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas
  • Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service team members
  • Support fellow team members to maintain a positive environment
  • Foster positive relationships with all team members
