Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow detailed recipes and portion control guidelines

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic cooking skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Dave & Buster's recipes and quality standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- inform immediate supervisor of operational issues and suggest solutions
- efficiently manage time to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- accurately follow recipes and portion control guidelines to minimize waste
- assist with inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of food items
- operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
- assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
- collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and service team
- support fellow team members to maintain positive kitchen environment
- foster positive working relationships with all team members
