Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to work effectively in noisy, high-energy surroundings
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Physically able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move through the kitchen for extended periods
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, kneel and lift
- Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment and handle food safely

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is beneficial
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Basic knife and kitchen equipment handling skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Dave & Buster's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Inform immediate supervisor of operational issues or unusual circumstances and suggest solutions
- Manage time efficiently to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately to minimize waste
- Assist with inventory management including proper storage and rotation of food items
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas, including dishwashing
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries ensuring accuracy and quality
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and service team members
- Support team members to maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment
- Foster cooperative working relationships with all team members
