- Previous experience in culinary or hospitality role
- Ability to work Tuesday through Sunday including lunch and dinner shifts
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good attitude and professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food including cleaning and cooking of ingredients creating appetizers, salads and main dishes
- Plating prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
- Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
- Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
- Ensuring compliance with kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
- Displaying positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with other team members
