Job Requirements

  • Experience preparing food, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Dexterity with a knife and familiarity with basic kitchen equipment
  • Training in food preparation techniques, inventory management, and sanitation standards
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure all food meets quality standards
  • Prepare proteins, marinades, sauces, vegetables, kimchi, and other recipes following recipes and food guidelines
  • Uphold the highest sanitation standards by maintaining a sparkling clean and organized kitchen
  • Monitor inventory levels and schedule preparation cycles for proteins, marinades, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients to meet daily needs
  • Manage inventory and prep food based on delivery schedules
  • Train team members on proper food preparation techniques, safety standards, and recipes
  • Supervise trainees during their learning process
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Accurately label, log, and track inventory and food prep activities
  • Manage inventory with FIFO
