Job Duties
- Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order, following kitchen procedures
- monitor food waste and inventory levels, resolving food quality issues as needed
- foster a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew
- develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders
- communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great customer service and throughput
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- monitor kitchen equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and swift repair of any malfunctioning equipment
- ensure all safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries and accidents
- complete Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Inventory Rotation (FIFO) as required
