Job Duties
- Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order, following kitchen procedures
- Monitor food waste and inventory levels, resolving food quality issues as needed
- Foster a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew
- Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders
- Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great customer service and throughput
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- Monitor kitchen equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and swift repair of any malfunctioning equipment
- Ensure all safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries and accidents
- Complete Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Inventory Rotation (FIFO) as required
