Job Duties
- Cooking and prepping food to order while following kitchen procedures
- Monitoring food quality and resolving any issues
- Managing food waste and inventory levels
- Supporting teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crew
- Developing crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders
- Ensuring the kitchen is clean and sanitized
- Monitoring and maintaining kitchen equipment
- Ensuring safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries and accidents
- Completing Material Safety Data Sheets and Inventory Rotation (FIFO)
