Job Requirements

  • previous experience working in a kitchen
  • restaurant management experience preferred
  • ability to be on feet for long shifts
  • ability to lift and carry weights between 3-40 lbs
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • capability to perform physical activities such as bending, climbing, and kneeling
  • flexibility to work varied shifts
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

  • experience managing kitchen staff and operations
  • ability to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • excellent communication and time management skills
  • physically capable of standing for 90 percent of the shift
  • proficiency in operating kitchen equipment
  • ability to work flexible shifts
  • ability to follow directions and produce quality menu items
  • comfortable working in warm kitchen conditions

Job Duties

  • manage kitchen staff and oversee daily kitchen operations
  • prepare and cook menu items ensuring food quality and presentation
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • place and manage supplier orders for kitchen inventory
  • assist with food prep including dough making and vegetable prepping
  • lift and move supplies weighing between 3-40 lbs as needed
  • adapt to new tasks and support the team in a fast-paced environment
