Job Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience as a kitchen lead or line manager in a high-volume kitchen
- Valid CA Food Handler Card
- Ability to work both AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must live within a 30-45 minute commute of one of the restaurant locations
- Must be able to work full-time
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience as a kitchen lead or line manager in a high-volume kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work multiple shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Basic computer skills for operational tasks
Job Duties
- Coach kitchen team in a positive way maintaining high standards
- Ensure food safety by enforcing sanitizer use, detailed cleaning, glove usage, and handwashing
- Oversee quality control by following recipes and preventing subpar product from leaving the kitchen
- Manage inventory including pricing checks and par adjustments
- Schedule staff according to business needs
- Interpret profit and loss statements and implement corrective actions
- Work alongside team across various shifts to ensure smooth kitchen operations
