Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • Ability to lift and handle cases and bags of produce and protein up to approximately 40 lbs
  • Tactile sensitivity to assess quality and complete detailed tasks
  • Visual and auditory observation skills to maintain attention to detail
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Commitment to quality and detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems preferred
  • Familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency while ensuring smooth operations across all shifts
  • Measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • Use kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively including ovens and electrical tools
  • Conduct quality assessments requiring fine motor skills and tactile sensitivity
  • Engage in verbal communication with team members for coordination, coaching, and incident documentation
  • Observe and assess performance to ensure operational quality and adherence to standards
  • Maintain a consistent physical presence and hands-on involvement
  • Organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks efficiently
  • Perform all essential functions and meet minimum requirements of the Team Member role
