Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • Ability to lift cases or bags of produce plus protein weighing up to approximately 40 pounds
  • Ability to use tactile sensitivity for quality assessment and detailed tasks
  • Maintain visual and auditory observation skills for operational awareness
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings with food safety knowledge
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification a plus
  • Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems preferred
  • Knowledge of local and sustainable ingredients preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens and hot tools
  • Conduct tactile quality assessments to maintain food standards
  • Engage in team communication for coordination, coaching, and incident documentation
  • Observe and assess team performance ensuring adherence to operational standards
  • Maintain active floor presence by performing hands-on tasks and supervising workflow
  • Organize workflow and anticipate demand to manage tasks efficiently
  • Execute duties outlined for Team Members to ensure smooth operations
