Job Requirements
- Must have prior kitchen lead or line cook experience
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred
- TAP card required
- ability to work seasonally from November to April
- must be 21 years or older
- capable of standing for long periods and lifting 40 pounds or more
- strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations: setup, service, close
- train and schedule kitchen assistants
- assign duties
- maintain food safety and sanitation logs
- oversee espresso, coffee drinks and alcohol service
- manage inventory, orders, and waste control
- coordinate with FOH for smooth guest service
