Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in food service
- experience in retail or customer service preferred
- OSHA ServSafe certification preferred
- leadership experience preferred
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand and be on feet majority of the day
- ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and squat
- ability to push and pull heavy loads

Job Duties
- Communicates Earth Fare vision and procedures to team members
- participates in interviewing and trains prepared foods team
- maintains a positive work environment
- supervises and participates in production of prepared foods
- ensures proper food presentation and display
- maintains quality control standards
- orders and receives deliveries
- manages scheduling and responds to sales, shrink, and inventory reports
- conducts monthly department inventory
- develops and maintains attractive merchandising displays
- ensures cleanliness and organization of department and equipment
